Biography

As a Consultant for Nexus, Alex works with a range of clients across a wide variety of industries. Providing written and verbal advice on parliamentary process and issues. Commencing with Nexus as a Researcher, Alex has gained a wealth of experience and has developed extensive research and analysis skills, which he now applies as a Consultant, through insightful advice to clients.

Alex also plays a crucial role in the development and management of Nexus’ digital content, where he utilises his knowledge of the parliamentary process and the broader political context to produce interesting and insightful pieces.

Prior to joining Nexus, Alex worked for a Federal Member of Parliament both in their electorate and parliamentary offices. In this role, Alex gained an understanding of both the day to day pressures that an MP experiences both in Parliament and in their electorate.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the Australian National University and is currently studying a Juris Doctor at the Australian National University.
