Addison has advised multiple Federal and New South Wales State Ministers, bringing extensive experience in healthcare public relations and strategic advisory, with particular expertise in federal health policy and regional communications portfolios.
Her advisory positions include supporting the former Minister for Health and the former Minister for Regional Health, Communications and Sport, as well as the NSW Minister for Water, Property and Housing. In these roles, she coordinated stakeholder engagement, department liaisons, and ministerial logistics.
Following nearly a decade in health and pharmaceutical sectors, Addison has become instrumental to Nexus APAC’s success, advising over 25 healthcare organisations on government engagement, including PBS listings, parliamentary inquiries, and departmental negotiations. She has led advisory work on critical infrastructure, workforce initiatives, vaccine procurement, and patient care policy frameworks.
Addison also directs Nexus’s Canberra operations, mentoring consultants and analysts.
