Cathy is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years’ experience in the Australian Public Service and the private sector with expertise in strategy implementation, business, financial planning and people management in complex regulatory environments.
Cathy spent 20 years in the Federal Public Service, leading teams across policy development and service delivery. She managed large customer service teams to implement government policy across all states and territories in Australia and contributed to policy development in Canberra during both Labor and Coalition Governments.
Throughout her public service career, Cathy developed deep expertise in public policy, change management, project management, people strategy, HR and staff development and financial management.
As Director of Operations, Cathy leverages her public and private sector background to oversee all operational activities for Nexus APAC, leading the organisation’s team initiatives.
