With Budget season fast approaching, it is becoming apparent that the cost of living will be a dominant issue for the Treasurer, the Hon Scott Morrison MP, when handing down the budget and for the Leader of the Opposition, the Hon Bill Shorten MP, in his budget reply with both private health insurance and electricity prices remaining key issues.
